⚠ Roblox Library Exemption
DMCA claims do not apply to any asset — including models, scripts, audio, or other content — that was freely available in the Roblox Creator Marketplace (formerly known as the Roblox Library) at the time of use. By publishing to the public Roblox library, creators grant an open license for use within the platform. Such claims will not be processed.
Regarding Music: Next Gen Studios maintains timestamped screenshots of asset descriptions confirming "free for profit" or equivalent conditional licenses at the time of use. If you believe a license condition was violated, you are still welcome to submit a Music DMCA claim and we will review our records accordingly.
