The visionary architect of the collective. Jaaziel Bournes provides the high-level strategy for every Next Gen endeavor. Beyond the studio, he is a prominent public influencer and rapper known as Jay Halo. He is the voice of the Next Gen Podcast and the primary driver behind our multipurpose mission to bridge music, media, and tech.
Guzman is the tactical anchor and the "Critic" of the collective. As Chief of Operations, he acts as the primary overseer for game design. He is known for a deceptively calm personality, using "ragebait" as a calculated tool to spark conversation and maintain cultural visibility.
